Fragile; handle with care.

If slight dryness occurs, apply a small amount of wood wax oil for maintenance. Do not soak in water or scrub vigorously with detergents. Woven vases: Avoid water contact and damp environments (such as bathrooms and kitchens). Regularly clean surface dust with a soft brush. Avoid heavy pressure or squeezing during storage to prevent deformation. If accidentally splashed with a small amount of water, wipe dry immediately with a dry cloth and allow to air dry.

They have a natural texture and a subtle natural fragrance, and with proper care, can last 6-12 months. Woven Bouquets: Hand-woven using simulated fabric and rope, featuring exquisite designs, vibrant colors that resist fading, and no need to worry about wilting. They can be displayed for a longer period (1-2 years) and are more durable. Both require no water changes or maintenance, making them convenient for those who prefer low-maintenance options. 5: In which scenarios are these decorative items suitable, and how do they match different home decor styles?

Cute decorative items: Suitable for bedside tables in bedrooms, entryway counters, and desks. They complement country and cozy styles, adding a touch of childlike fun and a sense of tranquility to any space. Minimalist decorative items: Suitable for TV cabinets in living rooms, coffee tables, bookshelves in studies, and entryway shelves. After-Sales FAQs

1. What is your return and refund policy?

Return period: 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Free return: For product defects (cracks, damage) or shipping errors (wrong item/size).

Customer-paid return: For personal reasons (dislike the color, wrong size choice).

Non-returnable items: Customized products, damaged items due to human error, used items, or items beyond the return period.

2. How long does it take to process a refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund within 3 business days and send a confirmation email. 

The refund will be credited to your original payment method, with the arrival time depending on your bank’s processing speed.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed/shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not provide direct exchanges. 

If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return via customer service and place a new order for the desired product.

1. What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective product?

Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

Send the evidence to service@nightloon.com.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund without any additional fees.

2. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! After shipping, we will send a tracking number to your email, allowing you to check the delivery status in real time.
