Our dried floral bouquets are a stylish way to add a natural flare to any table setting or room with none of the fuss! We use dried & preserved natural florals and grains for this chic bouquets so that they are easy to use and don't need any care maintenance.
Boho Palm Bouq: using a mix of baby eucalyptus, grains, palm fronds, thistle, and wildflowers to create this majestic and luxurious bouquet arrangement.
Bleached Boho Bouq: using a mix of bunny tails, ruscus, palms, natural dried flower stems to create this elegant and delicate bouquet arrangement.
Pink Floral Bouq: using a mix of wildflowers, grains, bunny tails, and palm leaf to create this lush and opulent bouquet arrangement.
Rustic Floral Bouq: using a mix of dried lavender, protea coronata, bunny tails, and natural grains to create this rustic and carefree bouquet arrangement.
Sola Bouq: using a mix of using a mix of ruscus, bunny tails, palm frond, wispy grasses, and gorgeous sola flowers.

Shipping Area: We currently only ship within the United States.
Nightloon offers free shipping on orders over $65 to the continental United States; orders under $65 incur a flat $6 shipping fee.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day; orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–9 business days.
Total Estimated Time from Order to Receipt: 4–12 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.
Unforeseen Delays: Factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or peak shipping seasons) may impact delivery timelines.
Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes are not permitted once an order has shipped.
Taxes: We do not charge additional taxes or fees on products. All prices listed on our website are final.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need a refund or exchange, please review our policy below, which accounts for the fragile nature of our products.
1. Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Requirements
Items must be in perfect, unused condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or signs of wear.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
3. Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for errors on our end (wrong item, style, or size) or product defects (e.g., hidden cracks, manufacturing flaws, missing parts).
You cover return shipping for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, color preference, incorrect size choice).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling (cracks, chips, breakage, or scratches caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage).
Items showing signs of use.
5. Return Process
Email our customer service team at service@nightloon.com to request a return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will provide a return address and detailed packaging instructions to ensure safe transit.
Ship the item back following our guidelines to avoid damage during return delivery.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days and send a confirmation email.
7. Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank’s timeline.
8. Product Defects & Damage
If any of the goods you receive are damaged, broken, or have quality defects, please:
Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Email the evidence to service@nightloon.com immediately.
We will either send a free replacement or process a full refund—no additional cost to you.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, contact us to initiate a return, then place a new order for your desired item.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if unprocessed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email service@nightloon.com.
